Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all PDF purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at support@bardmaven.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Print-on-Demand Products
Our printed books and materials are made to order. We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If your order arrives with an issue, please email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

Bundle Purchases
If you purchase a digital + print bundle, the digital portion is non-refundable. Refunds for damaged or defective print items are considered on a case-by-case basis.
